We, Diamonds for Peace, are a non-profit organization which is headquartered in Yokohama, Japan. We are working towards the world in which diamonds are mined, cut, and processed with humanitarian and environmental considerations.
We will hold the event “Discussion on Improving the ASM Sector” on August 22nd (Fri) nearby TICAD9 main event venue. We have organized this because there are not many opportunities for African governments to learn the good practices in the ASM sector and to exchange information and ideas to overcome the challenges in the ASM sector. We believe that it will be a good opportunity for African governments and ASM stakeholders to share the lessons and ideas.
Please register yourself for participation by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
