During the training, I learned that when a person smartly and responsibly conducts prospecting, he/she stands a chance to recover more diamonds with less effort and expenses. * On this Human Rights Day, we reflect on Article * On this Human Rights Day, we reflect on Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which affirms: "Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of themselves and their family, including food, clothing, housing, medical care, and necessary social services, as well as security in cases of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age, or other circumstances beyond their control." In Liberia’s impoverished mining regions, Diamonds for Peace works to help communities understand these rights and take steps toward achieving them.
